  • Produce Terms & Conditions of Employment and HR Policies relevant to your business environment and your priorities – you may want as little as possible in writing, or prefer a comprehensive guide for team members and your management team. Jill Jones has 25 + years combined experience in helping businesses maximise the return on their investment in people. She has spent all her working life in Human Resources, achieving her CIPD professional qualification at Huddersfield University in 1993 and working her way up the corporate ladder in blue-chip companies. Supporting SME’s since 2005, her aim is to bring ‘big business’ creativity and ideas to help smaller organisations realise their potential. Although she has worked in senior roles, contributing at a strategic level is not all she is about. Hands on, practical and approachable are qualities she is proud of.
